1.Why the length is not the same as description?

We measure the length of hair when the hair be stretched to straight, the wavy and curl texture hair will be much shorter

when compared with the straight hair, pay attention to that before you buy, Thank you!

 2.Why the color is not the same as description?
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc.

However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

3.Why the weight is not the same as the description?

Because our product was made by machine, it is normal that it will exist 5-10g error.

 

4.Why does my hair become tangled?

The hair would become tangled due to dryness, oil&dirt build-up, salt water and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, and if possible, twice a week would be better.

You may use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for further suggestions.

 

5.Why does the hair shedding?

After the new product was produced, there will have some floating hair on it, so when your first coming, the floating hair will fall out, hope you could understand.

Due To High Volume. Current Processing Time is 10-15 working days. We work very hard to get most orders out orders on time if your order is being delayed for reasons beyond our control you will be notified by email, but turn around time is 3-4 weeks. The "Ready to Ship" sections ships out 1-3 business days. As our wigs are custom handmade with the amount of orders we receive the time is needed to make quality wigs. After processing you will receive your tracking number and your package will be sent out for shipment. All orders placed after 6:30pm British Summer Time are considered placed the next business day. Please keep in mind Your wig is custom order and is not mass produced, it is carefully hand crafted.

Shipping Delays

It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available; please order well in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. We entrust our shipping carrier for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs. You will get an email with your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Most of the time, We create labels a few days in advance, prior to taking them to the post office. Your tracking number may not show any progress for some days. THIS IS NORMAL. It gives us time to gather several orders to ship at once, and gives us time to triple check each piece is perfect and in the right packaging. Thank you for your patience. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Shipping Address Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, not all our products can be returned, see footer for our returns policy. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
