📦 Where Does My Order Ship From?
We have two shipping locations to serve you:
- US Warehouse — Selected products (including The Harmony Naturals Collection) ship directly from our US location, meaning faster delivery and no import duties for you.
- UK Warehouse (Peterborough, England) — Some products ship from our UK base. These may be subject to import duties and take longer to arrive.
The product page will indicate which warehouse your item ships from.
🚚 Delivery Timelines
- From our US warehouse: 3–5 business days
- From our UK warehouse: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
💰 Import Duties & Taxes
Orders shipping from our US warehouse: No import duties apply — your order ships domestically within the US.
Orders shipping from our UK warehouse: US customs may charge import duties and taxes on international shipments. These charges are:
- Determined by US Customs and Border Protection
- Payable by the recipient upon delivery
- Not included in the price you pay at checkout
- Typically applied to orders over $800 USD (the US de minimis threshold)

📬 Tracking Your Order
