What type of quality is your hair?
Answer
We take pride in customer satisfaction hence we only deliver trusted brands. All our hair are premium quality, 100% human virgin hair for our wigs and hair extensions. They can be coloured and reverted back to original colour if appropriate dye is used and can withstand high temperature heat as well. Our Braids are original X-pression kanekalon fibre which are 100% synthetic flame retardant best quality hence they are tangle free, brushable and good for hot water use.
What is the length of your hair?

Our hair length varies and you can select whatever length you want from the drop down button while selecting your hair. In some case, we are able to deliver the length you desire if it is not listed in the drop down however you would have to select any length and then leave a note in your order.
How long does it take you to deliver to your customers?
Answer
Some of our hair are "made to order" to suit your needs. To allow time for preparing these orders, we would usually deliver within 5-10 working days.
What Cap sizes do you use in making your Wigs?
Answer
We do 3 different cap sizes; small, medium and large. You can select this from the drop-down list while placing your order
- Small 20-21.5 head circumference
- Medium 22-22.5 head circumference
- Large 23-24 head circumference
Can I order for a larger or a smaller cap size?
Answer
Yes. All you need do is select any cap size while placing your order but remember to leave a note while checking out that specifies the precise cap size you want .
How do I know what cap size I am?
Answer
Just measure around the largest circumference of your head using a measuring tape.
