A2:When you need to comb a wig, be gentle. Do not use regular brushes, and if you can, only comb it. It doesn\'t need combed every day, so let it rest.
 
Q3:How To Wash A Wig
A3:After washing a wig, do not shake it in a towel. Be careful and dry it piece-by-piece. This makes sure that strands of fibers don\'t fall off. Also, never style your wig while it\'s wet. Even those wet-to-style hair stylers are known to damage wig.
 
Q4:How to Dry The Wig
A4:After saturating your wig in water, squeeze it dry. Don\'t wring it or the base of your wig could become mis-shaped and dry funny
 
Q5:How To Choose The Conditioner
A5:While washing your hair, never use shampoo meant for natural hair. \'\'Even though normal conditioner is OK, the shampoo is too harsh and can lead to hair falling out.
 
Q6:How Often To Wash The Lace Wig
A6:You can condition your hair every couple weeks or so, to keep it shiny and soft. Make sure you don\'t do that every day and be sure to rinse it all out or it could lead to build-up in your wig.Only wash your wig after wearing it for 25 times. If you do this daily or even weekly, it can lead to your wig looking less realistic and falling apart

The "Ready to Ship" sections ships out within 1-3 business days.If a product is ready to ship, this would be stated on the "Product Description"pages. After processing your payment, you will receive your tracking number and your package will be sent out for shipment.

Due To High Volume. Current Processing Time is 10-15 working days. We work very hard to get most orders out orders on time if your order is being delayed for reasons beyond our control you will be notified by email, but turn around time is 3-4 weeks. The "Ready to Ship" sections ships out 1-3 business days. As our wigs are custom handmade with the amount of orders we receive the time is needed to make quality wigs. After processing you will receive your tracking number and your package will be sent out for shipment. All orders placed after 6:30pm British Summer Time are considered placed the next business day. Please keep in mind Your wig is custom order and is not mass produced, it is carefully hand crafted.

Shipping Delays

It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available; please order well in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating processing and shipping times. We entrust our shipping carrier for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs. You will get an email with your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Most of the time, We create labels a few days in advance, prior to taking them to the post office. Your tracking number may not show any progress for some days. THIS IS NORMAL. It gives us time to gather several orders to ship at once, and gives us time to triple check each piece is perfect and in the right packaging. Thank you for your patience. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Shipping Address Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order and ensure ALL the information (address, apt#, Zip code etc.) needed to deliver your package has been included. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@emeraldmarts.com.

You get a full 30 days to return your item to us. If you do not like it or you've changed your mind or for no reason whatsoever simply send it back to us in its original condition and we'll cheerfully refund you every penny.
