Q1: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Treat the hair as it is your own hair. Use a flat iron/straightener, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often.
Q2: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first please.
Q3: Can I wash the hair?
A: You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. Because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks.
Q4: Can I blow-dry the hair?
A: The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Q5: Why are my hair getting tangled?
A: Your hair can tangle due to dryness, oil, dirt build-up and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, comb the hair daily and use hydrating drops.
Q6: How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it last longer.

Due To High Volume. Current Processing Time is 10-15 working days. We work very hard to get most orders out orders on time if your order is being delayed for reasons beyond our control you will be notified by email, but turn around time is 3-4 weeks. The "Ready to Ship" sections ships out 1-3 business days. As our wigs are custom handmade with the amount of orders we receive the time is needed to make quality wigs. After processing you will receive your tracking number and your package will be sent out for shipment. All orders placed after 6:30pm British Summer Time are considered placed the next business day. Please keep in mind Your wig is custom order and is not mass produced, it is carefully hand crafted.

It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available; please order well in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating processing and shipping times. We entrust our shipping carrier for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs. You will get an email with your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Most of the time, We create labels a few days in advance, prior to taking them to the post office. Your tracking number may not show any progress for some days. THIS IS NORMAL. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

I received the hair very quick. I placed my order on a sunday and it came on wednesday. I love everything about the hair, it matches my own texture to the T. I washed it and it did not tangle, it shedded a little bit but nothing mayor. I will order again.
