I like this item very much. The spoolly is soft enough so that it doesn't hurt but yet goes through the hair of my eyebrows; the pencil tip is very nice and thin. The middle pen, which is spongy and used like a felt pen is softer, not as harsh-looking as expected. It covers the grey in my brows nicely.
